Diane scoops national award for toddler leader

Hartbeeps also wins a prize

An activity leader for a West Lothian toddler group is celebratin­g after winning a national award for her work.

Diane Macdonald, who run Hartbeeps West Lothian was crowned Most Outstandin­g Activity Leader for the Under 5s in Northern Ireland and Scotland at the National What’s On 4 Kids Awards ceremony which was held in London on October 3.

Hartbeeps, as a company, was also Highly Commended for Best Franchised/ Licensed Baby & Toddler Activity.

Diane said: “It is such an honour to receive these awards and truly humbling given the variety of amazing classes available within our local area.

“I would like to say thank you to the What’s On team for running these awards. It’s a fabulous event where we get to meet so many other people in the same industry and recognise achievemen­ts.

“Thank you to Sarah Godwin of Hartbeeps for creating such an inspiring and magical programme that myself and session leader, Fiona, get to share with all our customers.

“The biggest thank you of all has to go to everyone who has taken the time to vote. I love what I do and to know that our customers love it too is just amazing. It’s an absolute pleasure sharing Hartbeeps with everyone week in week out.

“We are so passionate about what we do and would love to share our classes with everyone.”

Hartbeeps offers multi-sensory, music and imaginativ­e play classes where they explore different themes using a variety of props, parachutes and friendly puppet characters.
