Big year planned for Keaghan Jacobs

-

Livingston have announced the first of a series of events to mark midfielder Keaghan Jacobs’testimonial year.

The 29-year-old South African is in his 10th year for the club and holds Livi’s all-time appearance record with 252 games - and earlier this month became the first player to score in all four senior divisions for the Lions.

A Testimonial Race Night will be held at the Tony Macaroni Arena on Friday, November 16 from 7pm with the player in attendance.

There will also be a screening of last season’s Premiership play-off final with Keaghan on hand to provide insight on the games.

Livi boss Gary Holt commented:“I’m sure it’s going to be a great night and it’s a tremendous achievement for him. He deserves all the plaudits he’s going to get throughout the year for what he has done here.

“He’s been a huge part of the club over the years and he’s definitely not finished yet, he’s nowhere near it.

“It’s a delight for us as a club to recognise his achievements and hopefully everyone will come out and make sure that it’s a great night.”

Tickets are available for £10 and will include a breakfast roll. For further information, including how to purchase tickets for the event, check out Facebook at www.facebook.com/ Keaghan-Jacobs-Testimonial or Twitter @KJ7Testimonial.
