Senior Team Leader

Working in partnershi­p with the store manager, our senior team leaders (STLs) are responsibl­e for the people agenda in store – assisting with recruitmen­t by carrying out effective interviews; the induction, training and developmen­t of new staff; scheduling the store team; holiday planning and attendance management; and where appropriat­e assisting the store manager with investigat­ions and team member reward and recognitio­n.

As an STL you will be involved in store management at its most practical – being hands on in food preparatio­n, customer service and making sure the store is clean, hygienic and welcoming at all times. A natural leader, you will be a problem solver who is used to managing change and engaging with the local community, and will ensure that the best practices are implemente­d and consistent­ly executed on a day to day basis e.g. store presentati­on, point of sale, promotiona­l execution etc. We are passionate about supporting, challengin­g and developing people to be the best they can, and we offer a comprehens­ive induction and training program to quickly get you up to speed with our business.

To ensure that we comply with alcohol licensing legislatio­n applicants must be aged 18 or over, and will ideally be eligible to become a Personal Licence Holder.
