M8 lane closed

Traffic on the westbound M8 will be restricted to a single lane near junction 3A Starlaw from 9pm tomorrow until 6am the following morning.

This is to allow Amey to repair damage to the parapet where the motorway crosses the railway.

Physical distancing will be in place, risk assessments will be carried out and cleansing stations will be implemented on site.

This scheme has been planned in consultation with Transport Scotland, Traffic Scotland and West Lothian Council.
