The West Lothian Chamber and Fife Chamber joint lunches are taking a different format this year. As we are unable to come together for a lunch and to hear from our guest speakers, we are hosting two virtual networking sessions on the theme of DevelopingTalent.

Fife Chamber of Commerce will be welcoming Stephen Hall, managing director of Flexcon, a films and adhesives manufacturer.
Stephen will explain how the‘Circle of Trust Development Group’is allowing senior managers at this films and adhesives manufacturer to focus on strategy, develop an effective Operations Team and prepare the leaders of the future. Then it will be a Q&A with a difference as the members of the Circle of Trust take centre stage to share their personal experience of the programme.

DB Group are passionate about supporting youth employability initiatives, investing in their workforce development, monitoring and progressing performance and leadership skills. Their support of getting young people into business and monitoring their development is helping create future leaders. Following on from Nicholas’presentation, there will be a chance to ask questions.
