Check website for festive bus timetables
Bus operator First West Lothian has published a handy guide to its festive services on its website to allow passengers to plan their journeys over the Christmas holidays.
Bus services will operate on a reduced frequency over the festive period.
Customers are also urged to check the latest Scottish Government advice before travelling around when it is safe to make essential and non-essential journeys.
They can now plan ahead for a quieter journey at a time of day to suit them with the innovative new Space Checker app available on the First Glasgow website.
Space checker allows passengers to plan ahead up to a week in advance to see when the bus will be quiet and the best time of day to travel from their local bus stop.
First West Lothian advise customers to refer to the website in the first instance ahead of travel for up to the minute information.
