LIVINGSTON CRICKET CLUB

are holding a Beer and Gin fest for the October weekend of Friday 15th and Saturday 16th. Tickets are now on sale for the Friday evening and only 40 places are available for the Friday night 7pm till 12pm . Saturday will be from 13:00 - 12pm and entry will be by £5 payable on arrival. We will limit the amount inside the club houseon the Saturday but there will be gazebos outside for surplus drinkers to keep everyone safe.

AWARDS

Recently, Livingston Cricket Club held their End of Season Awards Presentati­on at the club.

The very well attended event saw awards presented to the winners by the guest of honour Councillor Lawrence Fitzpartic­k.

The club fielded five teams over the 2021 season, three at junior level (Under 12, 14 and 16) and two at senior level. Awards were given for fielding , bowling

and batting for each team as well as the club’s Players’ Player of the Year, won this year by Ahmed Ali captain of the 1st team.

The Club Person of the Year award went to Jim Wilson in recognitio­n of the many hours he devotes to LCC especially in looking after the playing surface. Those attending the event enjoyed a buffet and BBQ after the presentati­on of awards.

GALAXY DANCE ACADEMY
