MONTHLY CROCHET CLUB
workshop is held on the second Wednesday of the month in CraigsFarm. It will teach you how to make some funky projects.

CRAIGSFARM COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROJECT
is a charity that has been serving the community since 1969. We hope to be around for well over 50 more, and to help us develop and move forward as an organisation we’re looking to take on new board members.
We’re looking for dedicated members of the community that can help us strengthen our community work, expand our operations and assure our sustainability. These individuals will
also be able to help us understand the changing environment external to Craigsfarm, be that environmental or political.
We’re particularly interested in individuals who have experience in fundraising, communications, business development and governance, but these are not essential for applying.

YOGA
The new recent evening yoga class was such a hit and a class will now be held on Thursdays
nights from 6.30-7.30pm starting on November 4 in Craigs Farm.
HOBART STREET COMMUNITY GARDEN
Join The Conservation Volunteers at Hobart Street Community Garden on Friday October 29 from 2-3.30pm “Get Ready for Winter”, what can we do to help animals get ready for winter.

STOPPING AND CALMING MEDITATION
This course of 6 weeks will comprise guided practices, group discussions and practical exercises.
There will be a maximum group size of 12 people, for a light-hearted and deep exploration of mindfulness together, in a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. We will teach you how to meditate effortlessly, so you can ease painful thoughts and emotions; you will also be encouraged to use mindfulness practices to bring joy into your daily life. We hope to teach the course on Thursdays from 1-2pm from November 11 till December 16. Numbers are limited.
