Hospice appealing for help with funds

Hospice care aims to improve the quality of life and wellbeing of adults and children with a life-limiting or terminal condition. All the hospices that provide care for people in West Sussex have suffered a severe shortfall in funding during the pandemic, with many vital fundraising events cancelled. St Catherine’s Hospice is based in Crawley, and also supports patients and their families in Horsham and Mid Sussex. It is due to start building a new hospice facility at Pease Pottage soon, ready to open in 2022.
