Horsham Museum:
The museum is open Tuesday to Saturday and bank holiday weekends from 10am to 4pm, with free admission. You can make coronation-themed crafts for £1 per person.
Carfax Street Party:
The Capitol is hosting a free streetpartyinHorshamCarfax on Friday, June 3. There will be delicious street food, freshly brewed local beer and prizes, plus music on the bandstand from midday until late. The Trafalgar Jubilee event at Holy Trinity Church, Rushams
Road, on Friday, June 3 from noon to 4pm will include free refreshments and entertainment, children’s activities and face painting. Horsham Sports Club: Live music, family sports, bar, traditional tea tent and dog show with free admission onSunday,June3frommidday.
Beacon Lighting:
The Capitol will have a beacon lighting ceremony at 9.45pm on Thursday, June 2, joining more than 1,500 Platinum Jubilee beacons being lit across the Commonwealth.
Southwater Jubilee Jamboree:
Southwater’s Jubilee event will be held at the Ghyll Sports Field on Saturday, June 4 from 2pm to 6pm with a fancy dress competition, photo booths, football,facepainting,performers and food stalls. CowfoldPicnicinthePark: HeldonSunday,June5from 2pm to 8pm. Bring picnics, blanketsandchairsforthecommunity tea party including ice cream vans, live music, a talent competition and karaoke. Dial Post Jubilee Party: The Dial Post party will be held on Sunday, June 5 on The Green from 11am. The Crown will be running a barbecue from 1.30pm. Shipley is preparing for its first Soapbox Derby at 11.30am on Friday, June 3. Competitors will navigate their creations down the hill in the bid to be the fastest, most impressive or
