Simon originally launched the Loxwood Jazz and Blues Club to raise funds to extend and improve the Loxwood village hall. The first night in December 2009 was a sell-out and it continues to sell out most months. UK-based and international professional musicians join Simon to provide a variety of highly entertaining evenings in the hall. There is a bar and the hall is set up in a relaxed way with candlelit tables to create a fantastic atmosphere. Simon released an album earlier this year, Rags to Riches, Simon’s collaborations with Harry The Piano, has been released on Spotify. Search for Simon Bates New York Jazz Café.

December 21 is the Loxwood Jazz Christmas Party where you can expect superstar musicians having seasonal fun.
