Son facing attempted murder trial
A TRIAL date has been set for a 26-year-old man accused of the attempted murder of his father.
A hearing was held by videolink at Winchester Crown Court in the case of Kyle Thomas, of Lapham Vale, Salisbury,
Wiltshire.
His father, Christopher Thomas, was stabbed in an incident at his home in Porton on June 2.
Judge Jane Miller QC adjourned the case for the trial to start on November 23, with a plea hearing to take place on September 2.
The defendant did not attend the short hearing.
