City of my birth no longer exists

I WAS born in Bristol some 75 years ago, and have up to the recent past lived happily here all my life.

Not anymore, for the city in my opinion is no longer representative of either its once proud motto ‘Virtute et Industria’ or indeed ‘Ship Shape and Bristol Fashion’.
