end of Biden’s tenure. Why should the rulings of a Supreme Court be overruled by unelected people who have no right to be interfering in politics? Charles obviously hasn’t stopped interfering since writing his spidery letters to MPs.

By emal children up from school and riding off with the child in front of them (it is illegal to be in front of the rider).
Some scooters are adapted to be faster. Powered vehicles (including e-scooters) should be ridden by someone with a driving licence and should be registered. The minimum age is 16. Why are the police not confiscating illegal scooters?
I blame the totally idiotic parents for buying them. They should be fined. It’s no good the retailer warning that they should not be used on pavements. This has no effect on the purchaser.
I bet the government will allow private scooters to be used in new legislation.

Surely it cannot be denied that there is is a militant element who attend these events with the intent of causing trouble, the ones that I would class as anarchists are easy to spot Ms Pickles, these are the ones tearing down statues, damaging property and attacking the police.
I am quite happy to accept that the majority are sincere with their concerns about whatever they are complaining about and are content to protest peacefully, even if they are a bit vocal.
Unfortunately for many years these events have been hijacked by those – usually the far left brigade, who can often be identified by waving their ‘Socialist Worker’ placards, to whom a protest presents a golden opportunity to cause as much disruption as possible and to ‘have a go’ at the police.
There can be no excuse for spray painting buildings or otherwise damaging property, neither can there be an excuse for deliberately holding up traffic – including the emergency services by sitting in the road or gluing themselves to the surface.
If protesters want to stand at the side of the road and shout that’s fine, if they want to glue themselves to the nearest fence or tree that’s fine too, if they are daft enough to think it
