Fast-growing law firm expands

SOUTH Wales law firm CJCH Solicitors has expanded the team at its Bridgend office, with two new appointments. The moves follow rapid growth in business since the firm opened its new Bridgend office in Dunraven Place, incorporating Wales’ oldest law firm, Gaskell and Walker Solicitors.

Gaynor Voake joins CJCH from Sian Thomas and Daughter, after spending some 15 years in Bridgend with Gaskell and Walker. She qualified as a solicitor in 1981 and specialises in all types of conveyancing – residential and commercial, equity release, life time mortgages, plot sales, remortgages, transfers of equity, as well as dealing with probate, wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Sarah Perkins is an expert in matrimonial law with many years’ experience, and lives locally in Kenfig Hill.

“Sarah and Gaynor are two excellent additions to our Bridgend team,” said Rosa Fernandez, who heads up CJCH’s Bridgend office.

“Our move to Dunraven Place in the heart of the town centre has proven very successful. We’ve been exceptionally busy, so we’re bringing in extra expertise to expand and strengthen our team here.
