After the accident, the 27-year-old shared a picture of her injuries on Twitter saying: “As the slogan goes; PLEASE Think Once, Think Twice, Think Bike...Please retweet to raise awareness.”

She then thanked everyone for all the get well soon messages, saying she “really appreciated” every single one of them.

Ciara was taken to hospital after the incident in Talbot Green, Rhondda, at about 8am on Wednesday, and luckily didn’t have any broken bones or head injury.

She added: “Huge thank you to the Cwm Taf A&E department who were incredible.

“Amazing support from superb healthcare professionals at the Royal Glam.”
