Plaid victory vital for Wales to be heard
THE predicted landslide victory of the Conservatives over the Labour Party in the forthcoming election appears to be evaporating.
This is down to two movements, I would suggest. One is the incompetence of the Conservative campaign.
It is so blatant, that a person might suspect that Mrs May wishes to lose, rather than face negotiating Brexit with the 27 other members of the European Union.
The other is the quiet skill of Jeramy Corbyn to present a picture of a future for the nations of Britain which is fair and in which we all work together for the benefit of all.
In Wales it is vital that whoever is elected in to govern in Whitehall is constantly reminded of the needs of Welsh communities.
This can only be achieved by the the strong independent voice of Plaid Cymru.
However strongly expressed the wish of the Welsh Labour Party or the Liberal Party is to achieve fair play for Wales, this cannot be possible because both these parties powers are subject the management by their London headquarters.
In areas where the contest is between Plaid Cymru and the Labour Party, or between Plaid Cymru and the Liberal Party, the only way that the voice of Wales can be heard in London is by a victory for Plaid Cymru next Thursday.
