Specialist attorney joins Wynne Jones IP
THE Cardiff-based intellectual property firm Wynne Jones IP has welcomed a specialist trade mark attorney to its team.
In joining the firm, Don Pennant brings with him private practice, inhouse legal knowledge and experience in advising large corporations and individuals.
He also built a reputation for managing brand portfolios for worldrenowned companies including Aston Martin, Sainsburys and Imperial Chemical Industries.
Mr Pennant will also enhance the Cardiff-based firm’s offerings in clearance for use, prosecution through to registration, and handling contentious issues.
His expertise and experience will be a “welcome addition” to the team, according to trade mark partners Victor Caddy and Gareth Jenkins.
Mr Jenkins said: “Don is a great addition to the Wynne-Jones trade marks team.
“He has built up a range of diverse experience across a number of areas, which we’re sure will be of significant benefit to our clients.
“He is a hugely talented trade mark attorney whose experience speaks for itself.”
Mr Caddy added: “We look forward to watching Don grow and progress within our trade marks team and within the Wynne-Jones family generally. I should like to officially congratulate him on the new role.”
