Pointless star to host new quiz

POINTLESS star Richard Osman will use his gameshow expertise to host a brand new celebrity quiz programme entitled House of Games. The show, which is set to air on BBC Two in a teatime slot, will see celebrities battling it out in a series of fast-paced knowledgebased games, all selected by Osman. The cerebral presenter will then cross-examine the star contestants as they attempt to flaunt their quizzing skills.

Each episode will end with a quick-fire round to decide the daily winner before an overall weekly champion is crowned on the Friday.

Osman said: “The show is going to be great fun and, most importantly, so much to play along with at home.”
