FROM the outside, although very smart, you wouldn’t think there is anything particularly exceptional about the property pictured above.
But the six-bedroom detached home in cul-de-sac Saron Close, Gorseinon, has been identified by property website Zoopla as one of the 10 mostviewed properties for sale in the UK.
The property, on the market with estate agent John Francis, boasts a games room and a hot tub in the garden.
It is currently for sale with a £349,950 asking price.
There is a cheaper property on the top 10 list – a one-bedroom house in Whitstable, Kent, which has a £265,000 asking price.
But if you look at some of the other homes in the top 10, you might wonder a little why the Gorseinon property sits alongside them.
There is, for example, a six-bedroom detached house in Oxshott, Surrey, which is for sale for £4,950,000.
It covers 8,000sq ft and includes six bedrooms on three floors, and is being sold by estate agent Hawksman.
Or there’s a six-bed detached property in Southburgh, Norfolk, for £750,000. The period farmhouse with its own separate annexe comes with an acre of land. And if country living is your thing, for £899,950 you can buy a five-bed farmhouse in Upper Hulme, Staffordshire, which has three separate buildings and a central courtyard.
And it has an amazing swimmingpool.
Or, if you would like to live in the home city of the Beatles, a very nicelooking five-bed detached home in Freshfield, Liverpool, is on the market for £2,750,000. As for the Gorseinon property, it is described as a “well-presented and well-maintained modern family home” in “executive style” and “finished to a high standard”.
But with 14,052 people having viewed the property over the past 30 days, it might be an idea for any potential buyers to get their offers in soon.
