Property consultant takes up residence in Cardiff
PROPERTY consultancy Knight Frank has launched a residential arm in Cardiff.
The division will join the firm’s established commercial business, based at its Cardiff Bay office.
The move will enhance Knight Frank’s coverage of south Wales, which has previously been covered from its Hereford and Bristol offices.
Partner Anthony Clay, who has over 25 years of experience and expert knowledge of the Cardiff, Monmouthshire and Glamorgan property markets, will lead the residential sales division, having relocated from Knight Frank Hereford.
The team is set to expand in the very near future to incorporate a city sales agent.
Mr Clay said: “Now is the perfect time to consolidate and strengthen our presence in the south Wales region and to be based centrally in Cardiff, where our clients need us to be.
