-

CARDIFF-BASED loyalty app Memberoo has been boosted with two key appointments.

Following its continued growth and success since launching in 2016 and its funding from Finance Wales, the company has welcomed Daniel Harding from Vouchercloud and Julie O’Reilly from her previous role at Groupon into the Memberoo fold.

With over 17 years’ experience in tech, communications and retail sectors, the pair bring with them a breadth of knowledge, skills and experience.

Bolstering the new businesses development and sales teams operating across Bath, Cardiff and Swindon, the company said its new recruits are set to take the brand to another level.

Ms O’Reilly, said: “I am proud to be working with such a new, forward-thinking brand like Memberoo at its Cardiff base.

“There has been a tremendous response to the app in both locations so far and I am looking forward to working with the team to help drive and grow the business as it launches across other prime locations in the UK.”

Memberoo currently has over 3,000 users in Bath and Cardiff, with that number set to grow as the business continues to expand.

Speaking of the appointments, Emma Smith, chief executive of Memberoo, said: “After a very busy year, I am thrilled to say that we have recruited two new crucial members of staff.

“I believe that Julie and Daniel will play a key role in helping the business to accelerate in the right direction.

“They are a great fit with our existing team and their experience will prove valuable as it will provide us with a fresh perspective.”

Memberoo claims to be a new kind of loyalty app, providing exclusive offers to its customers whilst also helping the businesses it works with gain access to the data they need to drive marketing campaigns and make well-informed business decisions.
