Disgusted at idea of having more AMs

-

WHY do we need more people in the Welsh Assembly? I am completely disgusted at this idea. I ask the Government for full and complete details of every person’s workload as I have never seen any MP, councillor or secretary sweat.

I have however seen many of them chatting in corridors with what seems to be plenty of time on their hands.

I appeal for everyone, at a time when many have to do two jobs to make ends meet and many have to decide whether to eat or heat, to write to their local councillors to prevent this complete injustice of seeking more jobs on easy street for an area when, in truth, there is not enough work for the people who are working in the Assembly at the present time.

I have asked for them to publish their workloads. We all know they will not because what I say is completely true.

I live in Cardiff Bay and can assure you with a pair of binoculars anyone can see what I see on a daily basis.

We all face problems of struggling to live to survive and provide food and warmth for our families and for the Welsh Government to suggest more workers are needed when everything else is being cut is quite frankly dishonest.

If they do not want to earn their money they should resign and there would be a long queue to replace them and probably with more deserving and better people who would appreciate the very high wages for basically pen pushing or typing, chatting and phoning when getting free slap-up functions, a subsidised bar and over-generous expenses on top of that.

I am available daily so if anyone working in the Welsh Government disagrees with anything above I challenge them to invite me and a group of residents who pay their wages in taxes to come and visit so that they can prove me and every person in Wales wrong. William Howard Williams
