Retired police officers team up to launch firm

-

TWO senior retired police officers with 60 years of experience between them have launched a company dedicated to helping people make better life decisions.

Professional Together has been created by Phil Davies, former chief superintendent of South Wales Police and Tim Jones, former head of the force’s professional standards department.

The company will target a number of sectors with its unique training and mentoring programmes. These are designed to help people make better decisions inside and outside work, protecting the reputation of their employers in the process.

The programme is designed to help individuals avoid or better deal with situations that could harm their reputation and, by default, career prospects. Their comprehensive sessions and guidance cover a range of threats to the reputation of those individuals and organisations, ranging from gambling and sexual consent through to problems around substance misuse and the responsible use of social media.

Its services are particularly relevant to high-performing individuals whose profile and actions may be under greater scrutiny because they are in the public eye.

The firm’s services can also be used by companies to provide guidance for younger workers embarking on their careers, especially those in high-pressure jobs.
