NEW office space is available to let above one of Cardiff’s historic citycentre arcades.

Located in the Warehouse office scheme at the Edwardian-built Wyndham Arcade, some 2,557 sq ft of refurbished space has been brought to market.

The building, which is owned by one of Wales’ leading property investment figures, Nick Griffith, through company G Real Estate, has 2,557 sq ft of new space available, with its duplex design utilising the building’s roof space, where its oak beams are a prominent feature.

The space, which could accommodate up to 30 staff, is being jointly marketed by property advisory firms Savills and Knight Frank.

Gary Carver, director of business space at Savills Cardiff, said: “The Warehouse has been highly specified to deliver Grade A quality offices and will suit a range of companies looking for a highquality office in close proximity to Cardiff Central Railway Station.”

Mark Sutton, partner at Knight Frank in Cardiff, said: “The attention to detail has created a truly exceptional office space, with highquality finishes and a dedicated access from the Wyndham Arcade.

“The Warehouse is perfect opportunity for a business of 20-30 staff to make a statement move in the city centre.”

The space is being marketed at £20 per sq ft.
