UK law firm will advise Kuwaiti oil company
LAW firm Blake Morgan has been chosen as the UK legal adviser for a Kuwaiti oil business.
Headquartered in Ahmadi, Kuwait, Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) is a subsidiary of Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC), Kuwait’s national oil company.
KOC manages all upstream development in the oil and natural gas sectors in Kuwait and has around 7,000 employees. Blake Morgan will provide legal services in support of KOC’s business and activities in the UK.
This will include providing counsel on commercial, corporate and employment matters, and the procurement of healthcare for KOC’s employees based in Kuwait.
Led by energy specialist Mathew Kidwell, the Blake Morgan team will also provide training as needed.
