Coach and captain are not gentlemen

THERE was, supposedly, a quote made some years ago by someone, probably an Old Etonian, that rugby was a game played by Welsh ruffians and English gentlemen.

If he is still around what would he think of the RFU and their choice of coach and captain? I don’t think either could be called a gentleman.
