A historic lighthouse is up for sale – but the impressive property will set you back £1.75m.
It dates back 180 years and, as you’d imagine, offers some stunning panoramic views of a picturesque south Wales coastline.
Currently used as a bed-and -breakfast, West Usk Lighthouse is famed for hosting amazing weddings, so would be ideal for anyone looking to get into the business.

The coastal watchtower, which is located in the St Brides Wentlooge area of Newport, was bought semiderelict in 1987 by couple Frank and Danielle Sheahan, who gave up top London jobs to restore it.
And 30 years later the lighthouse, which featured in Channel 5 series The Hotel Inspector, is fully restored and used as a top wedding venue.
The four-storey Grade-II listed building has seven bedrooms, two kitchens and a rooftop bar with a hot tub.
A circular watchtower with floorto-ceiling windows offers stunning views of the Severn Estuary at the mouth of the River Usk in south Wales.
All the bedrooms are wedgeshaped with en-suites and a stone spiral staircase runs though the centre of the lighthouse.
A rain-collecting well lies beneath the structure which is now used as a wishing well and wine cellar.
