City office scheme now fully let
AN OFFICE scheme in the centre of Cardiff is fully let following a new letting deal.
Castlebridge Investments, represented by Savills, JLL and asset managed by Ashville Asset Management, has let 2,598sq ft of office space at 2 Castlebridge to IT recruitment firm Network EMEA.
Network EMEA, which is part of the Pertemps Network Group, has agreed a new three-year lease on the third floor of the property.
Castlebridge comprises five interlinked buildings totalling 55,000sq ft (5,110sq m) of high quality office space.
The property has recently undergone significant refurbishment providing new showers, secure cycle parking and a new courtyard with updated branding and signage to create a desirable working environment.
Gary Carver, director in the business space team at Savills Cardiff, said: “We are pleased to have secured Network EMEA as the newest tenant at Castlebridge.
“The scheme is now fully let, testament to its central location and quality of the recent refurbishment.”
Trevor Large, managing director of Network EMEA, adds: “We have looked high and low in Cardiff city centre to find suitable office space to continue our growth over the next couple of years and are delighted to be moving in to Castlebridge.”

Other tenants in the building include Hydrock, Target Group and Mind Cymru.
