SOVEREIGN DEBT can get the ball rolling again as he takes a drop in class for the Weatherbys Racing Bank Supporting Mental Health Foundation Stakes at Windsor.

He signed off with a fair fourth at Group Three level at Newmarket last October but was found lacking on his return this year, beating only two home in the Sandown Mile - a race he had won in 2017.
However, Sovereign Debt is that bit older now and he looked thoroughly in need of the outing with all but a couple of the field already having had a run this term.
While he travelled well, Sovereign Debt did not enjoy a dream route so it would be fair to expect a good bit of progress from that effort.
The conditions of this race give him upwards of 3lb advantage and it will be disappointing if he cannot capitalise on that.
