Icke keeps his Cardiff speaking venue under wraps
David Icke, Everything You Need to Know, Cardiff and Swansea
CONTROVERSIAL speaker and conspiracy theorist David Icke is coming to Cardiff to give a talk – but he won’t tell us where.
Ironically, given that that the appearance is part of what’s being called the “Everything You Need to Know” tour ,there’s one crucial detail missing – where it’s being held.
Adverts for the controversial former sports presenter’s first tour in more than 20 years simply state that he’s due to appear at a “top-secret location in Swansea” on Monday, November 19.
He will also in Cardiff on Wednesday, November 21.
Tickets cost £30 and venue details are unlikely to be made public until two weeks prior to the events.
The 66-year-old ex-football pundit first shot to notoriety in 1991 when he announced in a press conference that he was “the son of the Godhead”.
He explained his theories that the world was being controlled and manipulated by a hybrid race of human-extraterrestrial lizards known as the Babylonian Brotherhood or Illuminati.
He also predicted that all life on the planet would be wiped out be a series of volcanos, earthquakes and tidal waves within a few years.
There followed a disastrous interview on the late Terry Wogan’s primetime BBC chat show, wherein Icke’s positive reaction to the studio audience’s nervous laughter prompted the host to comment: “But they’re laughing at you, David – they’re not laughing with you.”
Icke then disappeared from public view for several years but has since written and self-published a number of books with titles such as The Perception Deception and Children of the Matrix, both of which document how shadowy forces have been manipulating our lives for aeons.
