Multi-million pound refurb for Cardiff Gate office block
CENTRE 7, located at the entrance of the Cardiff Gate Business Park, is to undergo a multi-million-pound refurbishment.
The large office block will be available to let upon completion by early next year.
The plans involve an extensive refurbishment to the three-storey building and the Grade A offices will include features such as flexible floor plates of up to 17,000sq ft suitable for open plan or partitioned space, an air-conditioning system, suspended ceilings with recessed LED lighting and fully raised access floors.
Lloyds Banking Group has already committed to occupying 10,300sq ft at a rent of £16 per sq ft.
A total of 40,871sq ft is available to let in office suites in a variety of sizes with an excellent car park ratio of 1:242 per sq ft.
The property agent Fletcher Morgan manages Cardiff Gate International Business Park.

Rhomco will be project managing the refurbishment of Centre 7 and building work is set to be completed by early next year.
