If you receive one of the following allowances and have at least 12 months’ award remaining you can apply to lease through the Motability Scheme, even if your award does not cover the full length of the lease:
The Enhanced Rate of the Mobility Component of Personal Independence Payment (£59.75 per week)
Higher Rate Mobility Component of the Disability Living Allowance (£59.75 per week)
War Pensioners’ Mobility Supplement (£66.75 per week)
Armed Forces Independence Payment (Mobility element £59.75 per week).
Allowances are awarded by either the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) or Veterans UK. If your allowance is due to end during your lease you’ll need to ensure you complete the relevant paperwork for the Department for Work and Pensions on time.
If you are not successfully reawarded, your agreement will end
nnnnand we will work with you to return the vehicle and your lease payments will end.
Whatever car you pick, the price already includes insurance, servicing, MOTs, breakdown assistance, new tyres and windscreen repair as part of our all-inclusive package.
And we know that not all of our customers drive so you can add up to two named drivers too. These can be either yourself, friends, family or carers.
