Four more appointed by Blake Morgan to its Welsh operation

BLAKE Morgan has confirmed the appointmen­t of three new lawyers and a chartered legal executive.

Yvonne Majewska is a senior commercial solicitor who was previously legal and company secretary for the TES Aviation Group.

Blake Morgan says she has extensive commercial experience, advising on high value and complex commercial transactio­ns both domestical­ly and internatio­nally.

Senior solicitor Ben Coulson and chartered legal executive Nia Evans both join Blake Morgan from Hugh James.

Mr Coulson specialise­s in wills, probate administra­tion, tax and trusts for private clients. Ms Evans handles employment tribunal cases, advising and representi­ng clients in relation to all aspects of employment law.

Banking and finance solicitor, Ewelina Wagiel joins Blake Morgan from LexisNexis Risk Solutions where she specialise­d in UK data protection law, GDPR and services agreements.
