Politicians have never accepted vote

WELSH Labour politicians AMs / MPs have never accepted the Brexit vote, and have constantly set out to obstruct the vote on the basis that the economy would suffer and austerity prevail.

Their argument being that the leavers were “duped” and combined with their lack of political insight were found wanting. Hence their reluctance to support the decision.

The present campaign of “indoctrination” suggests that many have changed their mind. Are these the very same people who have been treated with such disdain. This sudden reversal of political awareness would be an amazing revelation if in fact this is the case.

There was a significantly higher percentage of voters in the referendum than is usually the case in Welsh politics and to suggest they were all gullible even “dull” beggars belief.

As much as the likes of Anna McMorrin MP (Cardiff N) on Radio Wales affirms that people will be worse off, there is no sign that to date this is the case and for her to propound austerity is quite ironic as her constituency is hardly impoverished.

A further vote and supposed choice is merely a veil to political self interest and power by Liberal/ Left to promote their cause. The electorate are a means to an end in this propaganda and I am surprised there is so little fight from the majority of leavers in Wales or maybe their hands are media tied.

There are constant calls from the parties in Wales for more involvement in a fair political process but this constant battering from the Left is hardly endearing the electorate to involve themselves in this process. Windsor Davies Blandford
