Three new additions to GVA workforce in capital
REAL estate adviser GVA has appointed Jonathan Davies to its Cardiff valuation team as associate director.
Mr Davies is a RICS registered valuer, and joins GVA with more than 20 years’ experience across both the public and private sectors.
A graduate of the University of Glamorgan, Mr Davies qualified as a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2000 and since then has spent 10 years working with local authorities in south Wales and the south west, as well as the consultancy firms Bruton Knowles and Herbert R Thomas.
GVA has also welcomed two new graduate surveyors to its Cardiff office: Hayley McCarthy who joins the building consultancy team, and Jodie Al-Khafaji who joins the agency team.
Welcoming the three new employees to GVA, regional senior director Peter Constantine said: “Jonathan is joining us with considerable valuation experience across both commercial and residential property.

In total, GVA has recruited 290 new members of staff across the UK during 2018.
