Boris’ Welsh fans are spreading confusion

-

WELL there’s a surprise, yet another super-fan of the worst Prime Minister in living memory ingratiating himself into the inner sanctum.

How refreshing to see such devotion from Welsh Conservative leader Paul Davies, by believing Mr Johnson’s announcement was “clear” and people were “exaggerating these differences”.How enlightening to hear that “Boris Johnson has set out a clear plan. We need to see a clear exit strategy from the Welsh Government now”. He then follows with “Boris is being clear to the people of Wales.” (note how it is now “Boris”).

Well, I’m terribly sorry, Mr Davies, for being “Mr Thicky” and not being able to “clearly” see through such obtuse and nisdirected twaddle.

What we have from this absolutely clueless Government is yet another example of attempting to ride roughshod over the devolved parliaments and enforce their own agenda with a wishy-washy new slogan which is open to every interpretation under the sun apart from “Stay Home”.

How on Earth can “Stay Alert” be regarded by these simpletons as “clear” in any way at all? A slogan which is being absolutely pilloried by all professional bodies and emergency services across the UK for being “confusing”.

It is now “clear” to me that the Welsh wing of this right-wing rabble are now quite willing to keep in the Head Office good books and beggar the consequences for the ordinary people.

Johnson’s roadmap to easing certain restrictions is almost a mirror-image of how their counterparts in Eastern Europe reacted to the reduction of decades of state control (as the Soviet Bloc began to crumble in the 1980s).

They too claimed that they were willing to use their common sense

– if only someone would tell them what to do.

Which again is an indication of how any form of “state control” is similar to how a malware virus corrupts a computer’s software. State control nullifies our ability to think for ourselves!
