CODY DRAMEH

Had a fantastic first half an hour or so. Sent in some wonderful crosses and caused the Blades all sorts of bother. Then got injured and hobbled on until the break, when he was substituted.

PERRY NG

Saw a more physical side to the centre back at Bramall Lane. Struggled a little more going forward when he was put out to the right flank.

CURTIS NELSON

Did very little wrong, all things considered. Good to have his leadership at the back with very little dotted throughout the team.

OLIVER DENHAM

Really confident and assured when stepping out of defence. Showed for the ball, too, and rarely went missing. Struggled a little late on as it opened up.

JOEL BAGAN

Some really positive moments going forward but still some shaky ones at the other end of the pitch.

TOMMY DOYLE

An uncharacteristically quiet game for the Manchester City loanee. Has a lot of minutes in his legs at the minute, though.

RYAN WINTLE

You rarely notice him until he pops up in the box with a last-ditch header or cuts out a dangerous pass. Solid enough.

JOE RALLS

Just never looked up to speed, really. Second guessed himself and slowed attacks down. Hauled off at half-time, which suggests he may not have been 100 percent fit.

MAX WATTERS

Did everything but put the ball in the back of the net. Looked pretty sharp early on, but missed a sitter. Visibly improved in his pressing from the front. Encouraging.

JORDAN HUGILL

His link-up play was really strong and he played a big part in getting Cardiff up the pitch. Rarely looked as if he was going to get on the end of a cross, though.
