A new podiatry clinic has recently opened in Brixham

TRUPTI AND GLEN GARDNER HAVE JUST LAUNCHED ‘HEALTHY FOOTSTEPS PODIATRY CLINIC’ ON NEW ROAD, BRIXHAM.

LOCATED on the main entry road to Brixham town centre Healthy Footsteps Podiatry Clinic is Brixham’s dedicated clinic providing foot and ankle care including podiatry/chiropody services.

Healthy Footsteps provides a wide range of foot-care treatments and services including Foot & Nail Care, Nail Surgery, Biomechanic Assessment, Sports injury and rehabilitation, Specialist Diabetic Foot Care & Advice, Fungal Nail Treatment, Verruca Treatments and Gait Analysis using 3D Foot Scanning.

The 3D Foot Scanner enables our Lead Podiatrist Trupti to analyse pressure areas on patients’ feet and enable identification of foot problem areas while walking over our dynamic scanner, which has over 4000 sensors and scans at 300 frames per second. From this, custom-made Phits insoles can be prescribed, designed, and ordered for our patients. Some of the pioneers for Phits insoles are elite athletes like Paula radcliffe, Mo Farah, Tom evans, Aly Dixon, Charlotte Purdue, Jens Scheurman and Lily Partridge.

We are the first Podiatry Clinic in the area providing this service in partnership with Gait & Motion Technology Limited, and Phits.

Our fully qualified Lead Podiatrist, Trupti Gardner BSc Hons MCHs, has treated, a wide variety of foot conditions over the years working within the

NHS and privately in the field. From problem prevention and diagnosis to comprehensive treatment and rehabilitation plans we know the best care plan for our patients.

Healthy Footsteps Podiatry Clinic also has a retail set-up providing specialist footwear and products.
