Admired Stonehenge? Being offered at this sale but in situ near Chagford is a granite Stonehenge lookalike with a 30ft diameter with 17 stones up to 8ft high.

Amongst the various statues is a pair of grotesque seated stoneware gargoyles/ dragons will make an impressive entrance, guide £150 the pair.

Once the rural countrysid­e of Devon rang to the sound of clanking milk churns as all milk went in churns to the dairy. Most are 10 gallon holders and being made of aluminium are easy to clean and disinfect.

Those days are gone but now these churns are highly sought after for water for caravans, storage of animals feed and flower plant holders. The prices have risen from £35 and you will be now looking at £70-80 each.
