THE Auction Rooms Lostwithiel is bulging at the seams for its Spring Antique and Selected sale, which will be held on Thursday, May 5 due to the bank holiday. Over 840 lots have been entered to entice would be bidders.

A fabulous quality lapis lazuli and pearl pendant with large carbouchon marquise cut lapis lazuli surrounded by a halo of pearls with a fleur-de-lis style bale. It’s not hallmarked but tests high carat gold set in a fitted case should see bids of £400-£600.
There are about 30 18th and 19th century portraits to be offered for sale.
