Win a house on the North Devon coast worth £3m
A COMPETITION is being held to win a massive £3m North Devon coastal home.
The architectural masterpiece which was once in the running for a prestigious award is the latest prize to be held in a raffle by charity fundraising platform Omaze UK, who are raising money for the NSPCC’s Childline.
Stealth House on the North Devon coast sits on the cliff tops between Ilfracombe and Combe Martin.
Its unique triangular structure, made predominantly of glass, features an infinity pool, a large media room, gardens and panoramic views of the Bristol Channel and rugged North Devon coastline.
The three-story property comes fully furnished and features five bedrooms, six bathrooms, two living areas, including a living room and a TV snug, an open plan kitchen-living room forms the hub of the house, a triangular roof light and a cantilevered stair.
The house has been fitted with solid oak prime grade floor, oak door and window frames and Italian porcelain tiles and appliances from Miele, Bosch and Barrazza.
It was designed by award-winning architect Guy Greenfield in 2018, who lives nearby on nearby Exmoor and, Stealth House was revealed as a finalist for prestigious award - the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) South West Awards 2019 after its final construction.
Tickets to be in the running for winning the dream home are £10 each, which works out at 67p per entry, and the draw closes at midnight on May 29.
The competition listing on the Omaze website says a winner is guaranteed. Earlier ‘win a house competitions’ have sometimes failed to sell sufficient tickets.
