PLYMOUTH PARKWAY’S reward for knocking out Southern League Premier opposition in the FA Trophy third qualifying round at the weekend is a first round proper tie at home to another Southern Premier League club.

Salisbury will head to Bolitho Park on the weekend of Saturday, November 13 and manager Lee Hobbs will be hoping for another upset after dumping out the Martyrs at the weekend, thanks to Rio Garside’s 89th minute winner.

Salisbury won through with a 2-1 win at Gosport Borough, who are third in the Southern League Division One South, on Saturday,

Truro City will also be at home, if they can account for Cirencester Town in a rearranged game at Bolitho Park tonight. Sunday’s initial clash between the two clubs was postponed due to a waterlogged pitch and the winners will face Bognor Regis Town in round one.

Bognor ply their trade in the Isthmian League Premier Division – the same level as Truro – and they are currently eighth in the table. However, they have not yet lost away from home this season.

Willand Rovers face an away trip to Hartley Wintney in the first round, after Russell Gee’s men shocked Yate Town 2-0 on Saturday, with goals from Ben Griffiths and Kempster Bailey.

Hartley Witney are struggling in the Southern League Premier Division having won four of 13 league games so far this campaign.

Tiverton Town’s clash with Swindon Supermarine was also postponed and they will try again tonight for the right to face Bracknell Town in the first round proper.

First round winners stand to win £3,000 in prize money with £775 going to the losers.
