The battle of the sexes!

Guys and girls fight it out in South Africa – but will the rivals find romance?

-

The argument has raged since the dawn of time – who is stronger, men or women? In a new reality show, both are pitted against each other... but when you add romance into the mix, all rules go out of the window!

From the makers of last year’s hit Love Island comes a brand-new ITV2 nightly show, Survival of the Fittest, where a group of sexy singletons compete in teams, but at the same time there’s a chance love could blossom!

Challenges

‘It’s boys versus girls and each team has to take on massive challenges,’ says the show’s host Laura Whitmore. ‘Plus, all of the contestants are single and good-looking, so who knows what might happen?’

Set in the sizzling South African savannah, both teams will live together. But then, in a string of tough mental and physical challenges, each team must unite to beat the opposite sex. But as various boys and girls pair up to go on dates, cracks in the teams may soon start to appear…

‘It’ll be interesting to see what happens if a guy is pitted in the challenges against a girl he fancies – will they let each other win?’ says Laura.

Throughout the three-week run, viewers will decide who stays, who goes and which sex comes out on top at the end, winning a big cash prize. But which team does Laura think will triumph?

‘It’s the ultimate battle of the sexes,’ she says. ‘Being a girl, I think we’re the best!’
