Aaron and Robert almost kiss – are they getting back together?
Exes Aaron and Robert are pushed to reflect on their feelings for each other as Valentine’s Day rolls around.
So much has changed in their lives since their bitter split last summer, but bit by bit Aaron and Robert have found themselves comfortable in one another’s company again. Despite all the pain and misery, they’d still do anything for each other. And this week, it looks like a reunion might be on the cards…
With his baby mother Rebecca still in hospital, Robert is caring for their son Seb single-handedly. Robert’s finding it hard but he’s determined to be a good dad. Offering his help, Aaron steps in to babysit, telling his boyfriend Alex he’s ‘busy’ when he tries to make plans.

‘I don’t think Aaron will ever stop loving Robert,’ says Danny Miller, who plays him. ‘If you go back to those scenes ages ago where Aaron opened up to Robert about his dad – it allowed him to find a new chapter in his life. Regardless of what Robert does, Aaron will always love him.’
Alex finds out he’s been lied to, so Aaron tries to make it up to him on Valentine’s Day by cooking. But Alex might not be too happy to know that Robert ends up helping Aaron prepare their meal – and that the exes almost share a kiss during a loaded moment among the pots and pans…
When Aaron is later advised by father figure Paddy to really think about what he wants, is Robert right to feel hopeful?
