Alesha chats to John Bishop about how being in the chart-topping girl band Mis-Teeq was the most magical time of her life and how winning Strictly rebooted her career after the girls were dramatically dropped by their record label. She also opens up about growing up in a dysfunctional family, being the target of racism as a child, and how witnessing her mum suffer domestic abuse at the hands of her partner led to a lifetime of insecurities and crippling fear.
