Get ready to catch up with the Muppets once more as everyone’s favourite felt friends are back with a colourful new series, Muppets Now, airing on Disney+.
Each weekly instalment of the six-part magazine-style show – the Muppets’ firstever unscripted series – follows Kermit, Miss Piggy, Fozzie Bear and co as they present a range of entertaining segments and resident gofer Scooter tries to deliver the episodes on time despite various obstacles from meddlesome colleagues.
While bumbling scientist Dr Bunsen Honeydew and assistant Beaker showcase
crazy experiments, the inept Swedish Chef takes part in culinary challenge Okey
Dokey Kookin.

‘Ru and I are both fashion role models, so I wanted to know what Ru’s clothes say about him,’ says Miss Piggy, who hosts her own fitness-and-beauty slot called Lifesty. The vlog sees Private Practice’s Taye Diggs and Dead to Me’s Linda Cardellini offer their tips. ‘I started the vlog to give back to the people who love me the most – everyone!’ enthuses Miss Piggy.
But what are Piggy’s own pointers for looking gorgeous? ‘Always pick clothes that complement you. Accentuate your favourite features and own your flaws – they are what make you one of a kind,’ she says. ‘Also wear sparkly dresses and gloves!’
