New Scottish Valuation rolls online

A large collection of Scottish property records has been made available on the web for the first time. ScotlandsPeople.gov.uk has released the 1925 Valuation Rolls, providing names of more than 2.1 million owners, occupiers and tenants of homes assessed as having a rateable value. Digitised from records held at the National Library of Scotland, the release joins Valuation Rolls previously uploaded to the site from 1875, 1885, 1895, 1905, 1915 and 1920.
