STACEY/Essex

I ’m trying to find details of my great great grandfather’s birth and am stumped. His name was William Bower ( Bowser) Stacey and he was born about 1809 in Southminster ( Essex) or Barking. He married Rosetta Agar on 29 May 1831 and was a lapidary, chemist and laboratory man at the London Hospital. Can someone help please? Denise Beasle (nee Stacey)
