The Family History Federation is hosting a virtual show in November that will enable family historians from across the globe to grow their family tree. There will be more than 20 talks, some featuring live question-and-answer sessions, including a talk by our editor Sarah Williams on how to give your research the effect. The talks will be available to watch for a limited time after the show ends. There will also be live ‘exhibition booths’ where you will be able to talk to family history societies and other exhibitors including £5 until 18 October; £7 from 18 October to 13 November; £10 on the day. Price includes a virtual goody bag for all attendees.

There will be three speakers: Robert Voss CBE on ‘How I Finally Found Out the Truth About My Grandparents – Thanks to the BBC’; Trevor Avery, director of the Lake District Holocaust Project, on ‘The Project and the Windermere Children’; and Anthony Rabin on ‘RABBIS “R” US or What My Father Sort of Told Me’. £5 for members, £10 for non-members.
